Women from Another Planet, (WFAP) publ. 2003 by Jean Kearnes Miller I have 2 stories in the book: Eraser Balls 'Cause Its Friday The book called: "Girls under the Umbrella Of Autism Spectrum Disorder" by Ernsperger, Willey and Wendel excerpted my writing (from the Eraser Balls story) and that of my friend Jane Meyerding, and probably some other pals from WFAP. I haven't purchased girls under the umbrella. yet. Someone likes our messages in WFAP enough to reprint our material. WFAP came out in 2003 under Dancing Mind . It is still my fervent hope Jean will do the male counterpart to the book. I've plenty of male perspective voices in mind as contributors should she decide on this. And I'm always open to WFAP 2. Planet Vermont Quarterly is now defunct. Three stories were published. Click on the link to read one of the stories that are online. It was a nice little inspirational journal. I think its heart and intent were bigger than its end. The editors were topnotch in every way. My copies are battered and torn. I'm glad there is at least one online story. The below work: "My Father With Chickens" (not for sale) appeared in THE ARTS PAPER Mar.2008 vol.12 Art Goes Green
These 2 postcards were mailers for 2 shows I was involved in. My art on the top card is the 4th block ("Man in Yellow Shirt Reclining" partial face with green & yellow and part of his hair.) In the second card, the ART chosen to represent Small Space, was done by Vance May. I find it whimsical and Suess-inspired. Lovely.
